Job Description:
Our client is growing rapidly and is now looking to recruit the best Project Managers. The successful candidate will have the passion to shape and direct transformation and software implementations and provide the rigor and tenacity to lead diverse teams to successful outcomes. With our client, the Project Manager is a critical member of the team, influencing project culture, building meaningful relationships with clients, and shepherding projects from assessment through deployment and beyond.  The right person for the job is someone excited about expanding their own capabilities and leading a team of experts to delight customers as part of our global delivery team. There will be some travel to clients site required.
 
1 Duties
  • Manage delivery teams on project specifics engagements
  • Provide leadership, support and direction to the delivery teams assigned to projects within the assigned portfolio
  • Provide internal support to the Head of Operations Governance and Projects Director to ensure best practices are being adopted
  • To become a key advocate for the Organisations Project Management Software tool (Mavenlink)
  • Assume responsibility for an active project portfolio to ensure projects are delivered to the required timescale, budget and quality
  • Provide clients with the support and guidance required to ensure the success of any client engagement being managed
    Maintain financial and project control and demonstrate this through the effective use of the dedicated project management tool used internally
  • Contribute to and assist in the enforcement of the continuous improvement of working practices covering a range of delivery models and project management concepts.
1.1 Required
  • Formal Project Management Qualification
  • Expert knowledge of Project Management concepts and methodologies
  • Experience of using recognised project management software (I.E. Microsoft Project)
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
1.2 Desired
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Previous experience of Business Analyst or Consultancy type disciplines
  • Experience of successfully delivering automation/technology projects
This role is for initially 6 months and is outside of IR35.
