Permanent Project Manager required by our client who is a provider of cable free access solutions to the B to B market.

Our client specialises in offering large infrastructure companies leading edge software solutions in access control and process management innovation. Job description

Our client’s solutions and services are delivered to our clients through talented professionals who bring the technical insight, process excellence and resource flexibility to help our customers. Within the business you will be acting as the pivotal point for project related implementation and technical expertise.

As Project Manager you:

-are responsible for the commencement & management of new projects with our clients

-support sales with your technical expertise, solution-knowhow and project management

-manage customer roll-outs

-seek out new sales opportunities in existing clients and help to develop them further


1.(Pre-)Sales support

a. Technical presentations & ability to explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience.

b. Need-analysis

c. Solution design (scoping of IT development / integration)

2.Project Management

a. Setting-up and managing pilot- and roll-out projects

b. Internal and external communications management

c. Defining and controlling of project KPI’s

3.(Post-) project support & service delivery

a. Run, maintain and optimize our client solutions in liaison with the Customer Support team

b. Tackle 2nd level support issues with the IT team

4.Client development

a. Identify opportunities for additional services / technologies

b. Expand our clients’ existing solutions

Education and Experience

1.Technical background

2.Some experience facing & presenting to senior clients  

3.Consultative Experience as a technical / solution expert or relevant experience in the access control or security industry would be a plus

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills

1.People & communication skills -

Ability to develop relationships by quickly earning trust & then assess and specify the access control solution requirement to meet customer needs.

2.Project management

•Accurately document details of identified opportunities for timely follow up.

•Ability to manage virtual teams across different working environments


Broad IT Background with good working knowledge on

•IT infrastructure specially Network & Server

•Good skills in Excel & Power point

•Business analysis skills


•Demonstrate excellent presenting, consulting and solution selling skills.

•Support in identifying, qualifying, bidding for large, complex commercial opportunities


Ability to consider all aspects of an issue within the constraints of time, cost and people involvement.


•Able to design and present high-impact messages to customers.

•Excellent spoken and written skills with proven capability to represent the company at external customer and industry events.

•Ability to build professional rapport by telephone with prospects at Executive, or C level.

•Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills required.

•Ability to uncover opportunities through probing questions to create a vision for our prospect as to how they will benefit from our products and services.

•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.

•An energetic and positive personality with curiosity to learn and grow.

•Strong attention to detail, presentation skills, and sense of ownership

•Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and possessing sense of urgency

What we offer

Remuneration package: will include a company car or equivalent. You will report to the UK Operations Manager. Your Office will be based in London with business travels across the UK and Ireland.
