Job Description:
Our client from the Charity Sector, are looking to engage a Project Manager on a 12 months FTC, to work with them in their offices in Leicestershire, on a modernisation change programme of work.

The programme has now entered the 2nd stage of the programme and the successful candidate will help overlook this for the next 12 months and possibly beyond.

JOB PURPOSE

To work as part of a small team of Project Managers, reporting into the Change Programme Director, each supporting work-streams in delivering people, process and technology change as part of the organisations Change Programme.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Educated to degree standard or similar.

- Significant experience in project management and planning of complex projects or

programmes.

- Experience of delivering work within agreed time and cost and to agreed quality.

- Demonstrable problem solving skills.

- Skilled in the delivery of cashable and experiential benefits.

- Knowledge of agile methodology an advantage.

- Able to manage a cross functional team where line management of individuals may sit elsewhere.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams of varying complexity.

- Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.

- Able to work autonomously to manage a range of activities successfully.

- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective communication, and to generate trust and confidence among staff, at all levels including senior management.

- Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and present it clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

This role requires good detailed communication with the Director, Management team, all staff, Senior Management team and members to enable the efficient and smooth running the project.

12 months fixed term contract.
