Their team covers software development, sales, implementation and ongoing support. Whilst the software can be used virtually out of the box for small installations, there is usually a significant services element to any new client implementations.

Due to impending retirement, they are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join the team and take responsibility for their client implementation projects. New clients often have spreadsheet-based systems that are failing to deliver the required information and are unable to support an effective resource management process.
