Job Description:

My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team to deliver Learning & Development Product Management projects. This is a permanent role based in Sale, Greater Manchester.

 

Our international training client has a requirement for a project manager to join their organisation to help develop and deliver L&D product management projects within the healthcare, social care and education environments.

 

Based predominantly from the US, they have offices in the UK, Europe and Australia with this role being responsible for ensuring that the products developed are fit for purpose for the UK market. These include Learning Management Systems and website content management.

This role will also engage with resources across the business at all levels including senior management, training instructors, sales, marketing and product development teams. Some customer engagement experience would be useful to ensure that feedback is logged, and continuous improvement activities are actioned.

 

Flexibility around working hours is required due to the difference in time zones between countries. Some travel required to other offices across the UK. Driving licence – desirable.

 

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrable project management experience (Agile experience is desirable).
  • A formal PPM qualification e.g. PRINCE2, APMPMQ, PMP etc.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare, social care or education environments.
  • Product management experience.
  • Learning and Development experience – via e-learning / digital solutions.
  • An understanding of the training and curriculum development process.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Stakeholder management – comfortable working across all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to challenge colleagues to ensure the best outcome.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hands-on.
