This position will play a key role, working closely with the Programme Lead and Director ensuring that the project is executed and delivered effectively.

The programme is well established, with the pilot sites complete and replication sites underway. This role will be key to help identify improvements, looking at the scaling up of the programme to include more sites and funding.

Essential experience:

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management – relationship building is vital.
  • A proficient user of MS Office software – including MS Project.
  • The ability to work at a strategic level.
  • An understanding of the social care environment – ideally domestic abuse, safeguarding issues and procedures.
  • Experience working in a multi-agency / partnership environment.
  • The ability to operate objectively.
  • Strong time management and task prioritisation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Passionate about making a difference.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment.
