Job Description:

Our Technology client has multiple permanent openings for an Account/Project Manager to join their team based in London.

 

Our client works with governments, regulatory bodies and large ISP’s providing data analytics that measure internet performance and quality of experience.

This role will focus on their North America (USA and Canada) account.

 

You will be responsible for creating and managing long term, trusting relationships with government bodies and ISP’s to ensure the successful delivery of data analytics projects. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will work closely with Data Analysts to create meaningful and impactful reports. You will require excellent stakeholder management experience and strong client facing/presentation skills.

 

Typical responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and ensuring that projects stay on track
  • Using client feedback to improve products via the client product development lifecycle
  • Keeping all your client documentation up to date
  • Stay up to date with client product and feature launches
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows and provide feedback to improve existing processes
  • Prospecting and putting together presentations to promote the client and their products
  • Running calls with multiple stakeholders to give key project updates
  • Working with development teams to get new features built

 

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrable account/project management experience within a technology, start-up, telecoms environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executives and C-level
  • Experience putting together large documents (for example tenders or reports)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A general understanding of statistical concepts and how these might apply to data
  • Experience working with government – desirable.
  • Experience working with American/Canadian organisations – desirable.
  • Experience working in a start-up environemnt - desirable.

 

Multistage interview process (initial phone interview followed by a F2F if successful).
