Job Description:

A Digital Project Coordinator is required by our E-Learning client on a permanent basis. This role is a combination of office based (Nottingham) and remote working.

 

Our client develops and delivers digital learning solutions and media for major global (FTSE) clients. These include tailormade e-learning solutions, software development, e-learning portals, gamification and digital communications.

Reporting to the Digital Project Manager, this role will work across IT, Digital and Creative functions to assist in the design, production and delivery of digital learning and software projects for global blue-chip clients. The right candidate will have some experience with web / software project processes and an interest in learning, communications and IT. Strong communication skills are important to be able to effectively deliver to strict timeframes.

 

Digital 80% / Other 20%.

 

Most projects are delivered in a waterfall manner, as such, a PRINCE2 certification is desirable. Some previous AGILE experience and previous experience working in a digital agency would be highly beneficial.

This role would suit a confident, high energy candidate who is able to hit the ground running.

 

Key tasks:

  • Use of project coordination and management skills to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity including digital learning, animations and software developments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with clients and our internal team.
  • Management of project budgets and delivery plans.
  • Leading projects to ensure clients and internal teams feel they are in safe hands.
  • Driving the delivery of quality, creativity and innovation on your projects.

 

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrable project support/coordination experience within a digital technology environment.
  • Previous experience within a digital agency environment.
  • PRINCE2 certification - desirable.
  • Previous Agile experience – beneficial.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of high volume, short timeframe projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Some previous client engagement experience – previous experience working with major global (FTSE) clients would be beneficial.
  • A flexible approach.
  • A confident attitude with the ability to hit the ground running and get up to speed quickly.
