Job Description:
Our client, an international not-for-profit Education Trust are looking to appoint an experienced CRM implementation project manager to drive the next phase of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation on an 18-month fixed term contract (Payroll).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM implementation project manager to contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of the organisation. Working within the Projects Office you will project manage the implementation of the CRM to replace a legacy business critical database to manage the exam processing function of the business. The scoping stage is completed you will be tasked to take the project from solution document to fully integrated solution.
The role is hybrid with an expectation of some remote working and some office based time in SE1 area of London.

Responsibility Includes:

  • Support the development/configuration of the CRM.
  • Lead on the training and launch of the new solution to relevant teams and departments to BAU.
  • Work closely with the development partner to monitor the progress and provide regular updates on the project.
  • Identify understand and manage interdependencies and risks with other projects and workstreams.
  • Manage the implementation plan to ensure quality of final deliverable.
  • Work with existing PMO staff to establish acceptance/testing criteria.
  • Troubleshoot any problems or issues with the development and configuration and work with the development partner to find appropriate solutions.
  • Execute and co-ordinate user acceptance testing with relevant stakeholders and PMO staff.
  • Support the workstream lead and development partner in the smooth transition of data from the existing system to the CRM.
  • Work with the Change Manager to create and execute an internal communication and launch plan for the new CRM system across the organisation.


Person Specification


  • Demonstrable programme/project management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Understanding of AGILE approach to project execution
  • Demonstrable CRM implementation experience
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Evidence of being a champion of change
  • Ability to work cross functionally, across teams and working groups
  • An excellent communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities



  • Experience of business analysis knowledge/experience
  • Programme Management experience
  • MSP Practitioner qualification
  • AGILE Practitioner qualification
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management, with experience of managing external agencies
  • Experience of implementing large scale change remotely
